Interdistrict Check Manual

In response to customer requests, the Reserve Banks have changed the format of the Interdistrict Check Manual (ICM). The ICM is in Excel format, to provide maximum flexibility for downloading and importing data to your check processing analysis systems. ICM instructions provide some helpful hints on using this format.

If you have suggestions concerning the content or the format of the ICM, please call the Check contact listed for your local Federal Reserve office or your local Account Executive.

You can either browse the ICM online or download all ICM files in Microsoft Excel format. Updates are performed at the beginning of each month. You can also view the most recent Check Manual updates.
